City Transform Church (CTC) was birthed out of a God-given vision to see cities renewed and transformed through the power of the Gospel.

CTC is the urban mission of Masih Mandali Association (MMA), a church-planting movement that God has raised across the majority of states in India. For decades, Masih Mandali Association has faithfully served communities by planting churches, raising leaders, and advancing the Kingdom of God.

As the ministry continued to grow, the Lord began to stir the hearts of the leadership of MMA with a clear burden for cities. God led the leaders to step into a new season—planting urban churches in major cities across the globe, reaching diverse communities with the love and truth of Jesus Christ.

On December 8, 2024, under the divine leading of God, Ps. Saji Mathew, Founder and Senior Pastor of Masih Mandali Association, along with Ps. Jeson Saji Mathew and family, planted the first urban church of Masih Mandali Association in Ulwe. This church was established with the name Masih Mandali Global Worship Centre, marking a significant milestone in the global vision of MMA.

As God continued to guide the ministry, in December 2025, the Board of Masih Mandali Association prayerfully discerned a unified identity for its growing urban church movement. Led by the Holy Spirit, the board decided to rename all MMA urban churches as "City Transform Church", with this transition taking effect from January 1, 2026.

Since then, God has been powerfully strengthening and expanding the territories of City Transform Church. What began as a step of obedience has grown into a movement committed to transforming cities—one life, one family, and one community at a time—through worship, discipleship, and mission.

City Transform Church exists to see cities encounter Jesus and experience lasting transformation for the glory of God.
