Pr. Saji Mathew is the founder of Masih Mandali Association and a spiritual father to countless believers. Alongside his late wife, Sis. Janet Saji Mathew, God enabled him to reach the unreached, raise leaders, and equip disciples with a powerful vision for church planting and Kingdom impact.

He was a guiding support to Pr. Jeson Saji Mathew and his wife, Sharon Jeson Mathew, in pioneering City Transform Church, mentoring and encouraging them as they stepped into this new urban mission. His life and ministry continue to inspire and guide many in pursuing a deeper relationship with Christ and advancing His Kingdom across the world.

Professionally an Advocate and an Architect, Pr. Jeson Saji Mathew and Sis. Sharon Jeson Mathew responded to God's clear call to ministry. After completing the theological studies, they embraced a heart for urban missions and now lead City Transform Church, Navi Mumbai.

Pr. Jeson also serves as one of the directors of Masih Mandali Association, contributing to the broader vision of church planting and Kingdom expansion. Passionate about leading the next generation into deeper intimacy with Christ, Jeson brings dynamic teaching and leadership development, while together with Sharon, they serve as the primary vision carriers for CTC's growth, outreach, and discipleship initiatives.

Ps. Tarun M Kumar completed his theological degree from Faith Theological Seminary and now serves as Associate Pastor at City Transform Church, Navi Mumbai. He oversees the Administration and Training Department, equipping leaders and supporting the church's ministries with dedication and vision.
